Team Participation Agreement:

• My child will attend meetings regularly and participate actively in team activities
• I will support fundraising efforts and volunteer when possible
• I understand there are fees associated with competition registration and travel
• I will ensure my child follows team rules and demonstrates good sportsmanship
• I give permission for my child to participate in robotics competitions and related activities

Medical Release and Liability Waiver:

• I understand that participation in robotics activities involves inherent risks
• I release and hold harmless RockMonsterZ, its coaches, volunteers, and Berrien Springs Public Schools from any liability for injuries or damages
• I give permission for emergency medical treatment if needed during team activities
• I will provide accurate medical information and emergency contacts for my child
• I understand my child must follow all safety protocols and equipment guidelines
• I acknowledge that coaches and volunteers are not medical professionals
